Evaluat is a real-browser performance testing platform. We started building it because we got tired of "all green" load test reports that didn't predict the production incidents that actually mattered. We are in assisted private access, and the teams we've worked with so far are online retailers, booking platforms, and the agencies that look after them, preparing for the days their sites earn the most. What we believe ## Six core beliefs we keep coming back to. ### Server response time isn't user experience. The number that matters is what the browser paints. Everything else is a proxy for that, and most proxies are wrong at peak. ### The numbers should reflect a real browser experience. If your test report says the page loads in 800ms and a real browser under the same journey takes 6 seconds, the test report is the broken thing. Measure what a controlled browser paints, not only what the server answered. ### Forensic detail beats aggregate percentiles. When something breaks for 14 users out of 42,000, p99 won't show it. You need to open the session for one of those 14 and watch what happened. ### Pre-launch software shouldn't pretend to be a brand. This site is intentionally restrained. The product talks. We're not interested in graphics that promise revolution. ### Demo-led beats demo-canned. Every demo is on your real site, not ours. The report is yours to keep whether you sign up or not. ### Build once. Use everywhere. The scenario you write for a performance test is designed to become your CI smoke check and continuous monitor when those products ship. Three products, one foundation. Performance Testing is available through assisted private access; Testing Suite and Monitoring are planned. *** Where we are ## UK-based. Customer-led. Evaluat is a real-browser performance testing platform built by Evaluat Digital Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Our test infrastructure runs from the UK and the EU. Test data resides in the region the test ran in: run a test in the UK and its data stays in the UK; run it in the EU and it stays in the EU. Exact storage layout for each artifact type is described in our Privacy Policy, DPA, and Sub-processors list. If you have a specific residency requirement, talk to us before you start. If you have a specific residency or compliance requirement, talk to us. That matters to the teams we work with, who are e-commerce and online businesses in the UK, EU, and US, and the agencies that serve them. The platform captures Web Vitals, network logs, console output, and session video for every virtual user, so engineering teams get forensic, per-session evidence for performance regressions instead of aggregate percentiles. We're a small team, and every roadmap conversation starts with a demo call.
