Book a demo

Book a demo. We'll come prepared.

Tell us what you'd like to see and we'll run a quick test on your real site during the call. You don't need to be technical, and you don't need to prepare anything. Come alone and we keep it in plain language; bring your engineer or your agency and we go as deep as they want. Either way you leave with a report on something you actually care about, and it's yours to keep.

We typically reply within one business day.

Demo FAQ

What to expect on the call.

How long does the demo take?

30 minutes. We can shorten if you have constraints, or extend if you want to go deeper.

Who should be on the call from your side?

Anyone who cares whether the site holds up when it matters. Owners, e-commerce and digital managers, and marketing leads are as common on these calls as engineers. If your engineering lead or agency joins, we go deeper on the mechanics. We adapt the depth to who is in the room.

What do you actually run during the demo?

A quick demo on your real site, on a journey we agree on beforehand. We run a handful of virtual users in real browsers, with Web Vitals, session video, and console logs captured for each one.

What do you need from us to prepare?

A URL, a target user journey (we can suggest one if helpful), and a heads-up if there is anything we should avoid hitting. We handle the setup.

Will the test affect our production traffic?

We run a handful of virtual users for the demo, just enough to show you how it works. If you would rather we hit a staging environment, that is fine too. We discuss the target before any traffic goes out.

Is our site and data safe during the demo?

Yes. We only need a URL, and you can point us at a staging environment instead of production. We agree the exact target before any traffic goes out, we run only a handful of virtual users, and the report is yours to keep. Test data resides in the region the test ran in: run a test in the UK and its data stays in the UK; run it in the EU and it stays in the EU. Exact storage layout for each artifact type is described in our Privacy Policy, DPA, and Sub-processors list. If you have a specific residency requirement, talk to us before you start. If you have a specific residency or compliance requirement, talk to us.

Do we need to sign anything or commit?

No. The demo is free, there is no obligation, and the report from your test is yours to keep regardless of whether you sign up.

What happens after the demo?

If it's a fit, we set you up with private-access credentials. If not, no follow-ups, no drip emails.
