Pay for how much you test.

Every plan produces the same five-view diagnostic report. Executive Summaries are generated on demand on Growth plans and above. Capacity, collaboration, regions, and retention scale by tier. Plans are sized by virtual user-minutes: one simulated visitor, in a real browser, for one minute. A rehearsal with 1,000 visitors for an hour is 60,000 of them. Tell us roughly what you'd run, and we'll point you at the right tier.

What you don't pay extra for

We don't gate the reporting behind tiers. Whether you're on Starter or Scale, every test produces the same forensic report: Core Web Vitals captured under load, session video for every virtual user, and network and console logs you can search across the whole run. You pay for test volume, not for the features that make the results useful.

Web Vitals capture

LCP, INP, and CLS (plus FCP) measured by every virtual user, every plan.

Session video

Every virtual user's session recorded and replayable.

Network & console logs

Full waterfall and console output per session, every plan.

Scenarios & datasets

Reusable user journeys with parameterised data. Same builder, every plan.

Popup handlers

Project-level rules for cookie banners and modals. Always included.

Locale, timezone, viewport

Configure browser conditions per run. No surcharge per environment.

Procurement notes

Buying this should be boring.

  • UK company: built and billed by Evaluat Digital Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
  • Data residency: Test data resides in the region the test ran in: run a test in the UK and its data stays in the UK; run it in the EU and it stays in the EU. Exact storage layout for each artifact type is described in our Privacy Policy, DPA, and Sub-processors list. If you have a specific residency requirement, talk to us before you start. If you have a specific residency or compliance requirement, talk to us.
  • Billing: monthly or annual, with an annual discount versus monthly (quoted on the call).
  • No surprise overages: we alert you near your cap and soft-stop at 100% by default. Nothing is auto-billed without your say-so.
Pricing questions

Things people ask before they buy

How much does Evaluat cost?

Evaluat is priced by how much you test. Plans are sized in virtual user-minutes across three tiers, Starter, Growth, and Scale, billed monthly or annually. There's no public list price because what you'll pay depends on your testing volume, and that's a conversation worth having properly. Tell us what you'll run and we'll quote the tier that fits. We're a small team, so you'll talk to a person, not a signup wall.

How is a virtual user-minute calculated?

One virtual user running for one minute equals one VU-minute. A test that ramps 1,000 users up to peak and holds them for 60 minutes is roughly 60,000 VU-minutes.

How do I estimate what I'll use?

Take the most ambitious test you can imagine running monthly (peak concurrency, peak duration, peak frequency), multiply through, and add a 20% buffer for retries and ad-hoc tests. If you want, we'll size the right tier with you on the demo call and check your math.

Which plans include Executive Summaries?

Growth and Scale. They are generated on demand per run: Growth includes 2 per month and Scale 10, and the allowance resets monthly. Starter reports include the five detail views without the Executive Summary.

What happens if I go over my plan's allowance?

We'll let you know before you hit your monthly cap. You can either upgrade or buy a top-up pack. We don't auto-bill overages without your say-so.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. We do demo-led onboarding: we'll walk you through the product on your own site, then give you trial credits to run your own tests. It's a better first experience than a cold signup page. Book a demo →

Where is my data stored?

Test data resides in the region the test ran in: run a test in the UK and its data stays in the UK; run it in the EU and it stays in the EU. Exact storage layout for each artifact type is described in our Privacy Policy, DPA, and Sub-processors list. If you have a specific residency requirement, talk to us before you start. If you have a specific residency or compliance requirement, talk to us.

Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?

Yes. Scale is the largest standard tier, but if you need more virtual user-minutes, more domains, more seats, or a specific contract, we'll build a plan around your volume. Same product, same forensic report, sized to you. Ask on the demo call.

Do you offer annual contracts?

Yes. Every plan can be billed monthly or annually, with an annual discount versus monthly (quoted on the call).

Sizing is easier with an engineer on the call. Bring yours, or bring your agency's.

We'll size it.

A 30-minute call. A live demo. Pricing sized to you.

We'll talk through the tests you actually need to run: the regions, the concurrency, the retention. Then we run a quick demo on your own site, a handful of users, just to show you how it works. You leave with the right tier and a clear picture of the product, not a slide deck.
